Re: inheritance

The "Dichiarazione di Successione" is not a letter. It is a formal deed that must be signed by the heirs and filed to the local "Agenzia delle Entrate" (the corresponding Italian IRS) within 6 months from the death of the "de cuius".

The filing of the "Dichiarazione di Successione" presupposes that the heirs have accepted the inheritance.

Our Law Firm operates also in Tuscany and we could assist you and your relatives in this matter.

NanceGroup.com has a member in Italy if you want to retain counsel to handle this, which is probably the safest approach.

Re: inheritance

Try the Consulate for Italy or the local italian court where the property is located.
