Legal Question in Administrative Law in Kansas

I worked for Boeing and they sold Wichita plant to Onex, now called Spirit Aerosystems, Boeing gave Spirit our retirement money cause they didn't want to deal with us, and spirit put it in a firm in new york, at a froze rate, is this legal ?????? Can we file a lawsuit for the money owed us on our Boeing retirement, and roll it over to a IRA ?? Thanks Sincerely Rick Brown ps also they keep it quite for 5 year on the where abouts and who had the money !

It sound slike you may have an action that could be brought against your former and present employers. However, these are expensive and time is short in which to bring all your actions. Therefore, you should see if yrou coworkers have been treated the same as you, and meet personally with a labor/employment/ERISA attorney in your area soon.
