I got pregnant at a young age I had one and then got pregnant with my second and I was trying to finish high school so I asked my family to help and since 2004 I've tried to get her back and my aunt won't let me what do I do

Depending upon what documents were signed, you may have to file for an Order of Custody, like a divorced parent. You need to consult directly with a family or probate attorney in your area.
