I received a call from a restricted number from a guy that asked me if I received papers about a claim filed against me docket number 702166-KS. I told him no, so he told me I needed to call 855-768-8255 to get the information. Should I call? Is this for real or a scam?

You probably got a call from a collection agency. The "Docket" number is probably their file number for your account. You can call them, ignore them, or hire counsel to contact them on your behalf. Each option has its own advantages and risks.
