Re: Unsecured credit card lein

A unsecured creditor can not get an automatic lien against your real property. However, they could get ajudgment agaisnt you and then register it to get a lien, but, they almost never do. Obviously, the best course is to not have the delinquent debt. Try to work out payments with your creditor. If you can't do that , perhaps you should consider selling the house to pay your debts.

Good luck,
