Can a judge request a drug screen at a hearing for felony drug expungement?

Yes.ZAlthough it is rare, it would be within the discretion of a judge to request a drug screen as a condition of granting an expungement. Someone seeking to expunge a drug charge should not be in a condition to fear passing a drug screen.
