Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I was given an MIP in Manhattan, IS on August 22nd. The cop put my court date as August 18th, 2014 which had obviously already past. What should I do?

Contact the Court as soon as you can. It is likely that the officer wrote the wrong month. You should probably consult directly with a criminal defense attorney as soon.
