Legal Answer

You would be charged as a second time DUI in Kansas. This means, if convicted, that you would sentenced as a class A misdemeanor. This means a fine of $1000 to $1500, and a sentence of 90 days to 1 year in jail. You would have to serve at least 5 days before being considered for probation. Also, you would face suspension of your license. Feel free to email me if you want to discuss possible defenses and other options.
