Felony charges remain on your record forever unless expunged. In Kansas, you cannot expunge a DUI, but you may be able to expunge some drug and traffic infractions. How long has it been since you completed your sentences? Some charges can be expunged after 3 years, others take 5 years. I need more information before I can give you an estimate of the cost. Feel free to contact me if you wish to look into this further.
