How can I change the jurisdiction of a custody case to another country

If the child resides in the other country, you'll have to consult the civil laws of that country. If the child resides in Kansas, the Kansas Court may not relinquish jurisdiction to a foreign Court. If the child resides outside the US, consult an attorney licensed to practice or appear there.
