If a child under the age of 18 is not attending school, is child support required to continue to be paid until that child is 18?

Re: Child support

Look at the language of the divorce decree. If it is not clear, then you would have to make a judgment call (educated guess) or go to court for a declaration or clarification.

If the child is self supporting (emancipated) then probably not. If the child is not in school for a valid reason (illness, special needs) then child support is probably required.
