Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I have gotten council on this in the past. But I just want to be sure. I married in 1983??Divorced ten yrs later. Few yrs later met a man. He went to prison. He wanted me to visit him. To do this we had to fill out common law papers. He got out we split. I only used his last name to visit him. I forgot about him. Moved on. Married again in courts. When filling out marriage application I entered incorrect information in the education field. Married 8 yrs. We split. Met another man. He goes to prison. While in there we do common law affadavit papers. He gets out. Marriage troubled. I bump into guy from yrs ago. I remember the papers we did. Distraught I seek council. Advised as long as we are amicable and not pursue the matter it is fine. Later current husband and I marry while he is incarcerated. Judge marries us. He gets out. We split. I file for divorce. Advise my atty of everything. She does search. Guy from yrs ago was already married in court. Informed that marriage was not even a marriage. Asked if I should have gotten name change advised not necessary as marriage was null. Asked of marriage with incorrect info in education field. Advised this would not void that marriage. It was binding. Divorce was legal. And my third marriage to last man was binding. Did divorce. Atty entered our marriage date as the date of the common law marriage. I have those papers. She did not list date of our marriage by judge. I kept his last name. It is listed in the divorce that I retain his last name. I must also add when we married I had retained the last name of my second husband. My atty assured me all was copastetic. I was horrified thinking I was a multiple bigamist. But she clarified that I was not. This divorce was granted in 2013. We were together since 2007. Now...the issue seems to have arisen again. To make matters worse my identity had been stolen more than once. And its seems people I cannot identify along with my exhusband began a campaign to discredit me. I have been stalked. Tricked into looking like a horrble bigamist and the ring leader of some forgery crap of which I am innocent. My husband I believe has made me appear as if I tricked him into marriage. He is 19 yrs younger than me and disabled. I am not a monster. Just someone who chose the wrong men. I have been gangstalked and slandered. My main concern is my marriages. As I stated my atty advised me it was all legal and my name is legal. The name of my last husband. But I need to check once again. The other mess Im innocent so Im confident Ill be ok. So. Please tell me...was my atty correct?
