How do you file an agreed order with the court if you are not represented by counsel but the other party is?

If the case is one that requires efilung, it may have to be filed by the other sides attorney. If not, then it would be filed like any other proposed Order, except it would be executed by the one party, and the attorney for the other. If this does not clear things up for you, it may indicate your need to get your own sttorney., do that your interests are protected.
