If they lived in Kansas, you can access the records either through the online services, it directly from that District Court. If they lived outside Kansas, there are probably similar avenues for records. You want to see a final decree, judgment or Order. Or, you can hire am attorney to find those records for you. Have you asked your husband to show you the decree, etc?

If he was still married when you wed, you may not be married.
