Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

What is a good way for a low income father to get his court ordered visitation rights enforced? I have not seen my kids in months. Every time I go she says that she has other plans.

You may request a Contempt citation with the court that issued or is monitoring the custody Order. You may plead that you are indigent, and you may not have to pay filing fees. You might even qualify for legal aid to argue your case for you. If the denial of visitation is egregious, you might be able to get custody and support reversed. ( You have the kids and she pays you child support) Contact the District COurt and see what form you need to fiel to request acontempt citation.

Good luck
