Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I live in kansas,i was promised financial support,nme on bank accounts,a vehicle and told i wouldnt be required to pay any bills just maintain house and yard,i cohabitate with a woman 72 amd i 54 .is this a legal contract .she has not done any of promises made but try to hurt me 18 months together ,i do i have legsl rights as i filed a domestic violence recently i want to leave and have no financial means she has 30,000 in bank now she promised o wouldnt have to worry about finamces nomore

Your "contact" probably isn't worth much more than the paper it is printed on. If you don't have the agreement in writing, you probably aren't entitled to anything. But, if you can convince the Judge that she made the iral promise, and you've kept up your part, you might have a defense, if she she's you fit rent or utilities.
