Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

We have a mediator.he just granted approval to ex to take 3 yr old to grandparent funeral. 3yr old is having nightmares and talks about afraid to dying. Would a doctor note get him out of it

Unless you've talked to the child about the funeral, how would they know enough to have nightmares. Doing this and then attempting to keep the child away, will likely not look good for you. If you're concerned that the child is now traumatized, ask their pediatrician for a psych referral.
