Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

Mom passed away from suicide June 2015. She lived in subsidized housing and had me listed as beneficiary on her contents. Her ex husband bought a TV and let her use it. He also gave her the pills she used in overdosing. He wants the tv. Do I have to give it to hom.

Very sorry to hear of your mother's passing, you have my condolences. You indicated that it was his TV, that he loaned to her. So, in your mind it wasn't gifted, and its his TV.
