Can I request a different mediation service then the one the lawyer for my daughters mother chose?

Mediation is only Mandatory where there has been an opportunity for each party to have input on the selection of the mediator. You may not get to choose the one you want. But, you do have some veto power. Have your attorney assist you in this.
