Restraining Order

I had a restraining order issued on me from the state of New Jersey. Here is the problem; I am a resident of Kansas. The restraining order came to me through certified mail.In the restraining order it says I am suppose to pay$100 toward the Domestic Violence Victim's Fund.It says I am suppose to report to the Domestic Violence Intervention Program on October 15th in Salem New Jersey. It says it is mandatory.It says I am suppose to attend a 15 session Alternative to Violence Program. It says I am suppose to have a drug and alchol evaluation.It say I am suppose to be photographed and fingerprinted. It says I was suppose to turn in all weapons and license to have weapons to the officer serving the papers. The mailman served the papers.Being a resident of Kansas,and being a resident of Kansas when this was granted, am I required to comply with there demands.

Did you ignore a "Notice of Hearing" on a Petition for Order of Restraint? Unless you wish this information on a national record, you might hire legal counsel in NJ to represent you in this matter.
