Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas
My ex and his wife (both are sex offenders and I once had a pfa against my ex)is trying to get custody over my 2 oldest kids he has been trying to use dcf to make me look like a bad mommy. at the end of july he called the dcf on me lied told them I said things to my daughter that wasn't said and that I med. neglected my son which I have proof I didn't after he called them he went to the court house said there was an open case against me and got the judge to sign a pfa. the day we were suppose to go to court we found out including the judge that a different judge was taken the case and the date was changed. the pfa hearing has been changed 4 times it wont be til oct. 6th I got a letter in the mail from dcf saying that the cases against me were unsubstantial. How can I get the pfa dismissed before the hearing? I cant take much more I have never gone more than 2 days without even talking to my babies please help
