Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas
We had a new metal roof installed on our home. We believe that the roof was installed improperly and have had multiple leaks and snow in the attic. The roofing company has came out a dozen times in the year since we have had the new roof on, but still haven't fixed the problems. We fear now after having a couple people look at it that the roof is going to have to be ripped off and completely reroofed. What type of lawyer would I need to represent me. We thought a customer protection lawyer, but we don't seem to fit in a category. We live in KS.
