I have 50 50 custody with my kids. Can their mother legally move them out of state?

If a parent plans to move ve, they must give the other parent notice and an opportunity to contest it in the Court. You may not prevent your wife from moving, but you can ask that the Custody Order be amended, because if the planned move.
