Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Kansas

My daughter was arrested about a week ago for truancy she says that she was not read her rights but I was told that as a minor she has no rights when we go to court do we have the legal right to plea not guilty because she was not read terrifies or does she even have rights

Everyone has rights. However many people misconstrue the effect of not having them read to them. It doesn't mean that someone isn't guilty of a crime, but rather that statements that they made after being arrested, may not be presented angst them in court.
