Can you be evicted with no lease in order?

I'm not sure what you mean by a lease not being in order. But, a person can be evusted when there is no written lease. It is often find through an action of Unlawful Detainer. If you're in danger of being forced out of your living situation, you need to consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, very soon.
