if my oldr brother served me a 30 day terminatinon ntoce but then said to my mom as long as she keeps her room clean he wont do nothing is there anythin g i should worry about there then and he also said hes not gonna get a lawhyer or a cop so does that mean dont worry about it then and move on ? Someone there please gt back to me asap about this matter thanks .

Your posting is a bit.confusing. If you're living at your brother's residence, you need to take the notice to vacate seriously. Until you complete a written agreement, you are in jeopardy if being evicted, and owing him money damages.
