Does the state of Kansas recognize "squatter's rights", and if so what are the requirerment to be met by the "squatter"?

Generally, a squatter has to show open, hostile and continuous, exclusive possession, to defend an unlawful detainer or other eviction action. But, one may also get an easement under similar facts.
