Legal Question in Traffic Law in Kansas
Son was in a wreak had no insurance the individual that he was in the accident with came to my house demanding my son to pay for the vehicle damage. I told him that I would fix the vehicle for him since i have 30 years autobody and aerospace paint exp. He refused and is now trying to take my son to court. Does he have i chance to win since i told the individual i would fix it for him at no charge.

If you are not certified by the vehicles manufactured or licensed to operate a body shop, your offer may not protect your Son from liability.Your Son needs an attorney.
