Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kansas

My father owned a large tractor that needed repairs at the time he died. It has been taken in and repaired in order to maintain the operation of the farm. The estate is still being appraised, and has not been settled. A new account was created for all income coming into the estate immediately after his passing. Is the repair bill paid by the estate funds, or by the future beneficiary by private funds.

Based upon the facts you provided, the repair will probably be paisld by estate funds, if the Court approves.

Good luck
