Re: Mutual contract

Mutual agreement of the parties is the basic - but often not the only one - condition precedent for legality of a contract. Certain contracts in order to be legal and enforceable must be properly executed (e.g., signed, sealed, notarized, and/or registered, licensed, etc.). To ascertain whether any of such requirements is applicable to a particular contract, we need to know more details about the nature and specifics of the contract.

Also it must be noted that agreed upon terms and provisions of a contract must conform to the mandatory laws of Kazakhstan; otherwise the contract is voidable.
