Bankruptcy and receiving your tax refund
If I file bankruptcy in December of 20003 will I lose my 2003 income tax refund? Will I still get monies received from Earned income credit or will this be taken also.
If I file for bankruptcy in Feb. 2004 will I get to keep my 2003 tax refund, but lose my 2004 refund?
