We filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy several years ago and have been released of that. We face foreclosure now. Can we file for bankruptcy again?

You can always file another bankruptcy, but if it has been less than four years since your filed the other Chapter 13, you won't be able to get a discharge of debt. Count the time from filing date to filing date and not from discharge date to filing date.
