Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kentucky
bought a car (Jeep GC) from a car lot that died soon after buying they did agree to take it in and repair it. After weeks of having the car they still had no clue what the issue was so they offered us anoter car in the same price range. We picked one out (Sable) and signed paperwork saying we swapped. now theyre trying to sue for the cost of the Jeep. What can i do about this?
