Guilty of Rape of Sexual Misconduct
If a guy tells a girl whom is in need of money in fear of a secret leaking out i will give you the money if you have sex with me. she agrees only because she fears for her saftey becuase she is locked in a room with him and he will not let her leave. But he is not physically forcing her to do so. What if anything is he guilty of under the Kentucky Revised Statutes
