Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

Ok i have a question that i need answered as soon as possable i have a class 3 felony warrant for receving stolen property i was hiring an attorny and turning myself in on the day i was going my husbands father passed away my husbands family is in a diffrent country ok i need to go with my husband and our children to his fathers funeral and am needing a passport i have already confermed that i will be allowed into the country and i am aware that when i return i will be arrested and that is fine but i have caused my family so much pain while they are already in pain becouse of my actions i am willing to face the concieqences i just really need to be there for my family now i know i made a very big mastake and hurt my family and others so please do not critisize me becouse i am my own worst critic i am very regretfful for the chocies i have made and i will feel the pain of those choices my question is will they issue me a passport with a class 3 felny warrant for receving stolen property or could a lawyer help

That is probably more a question for the State Department. But I do not recommend trying to leave the country when there is a warrant out for your arrest. You should get an attorney immediately, and if you do not have a defense to the crime and want to plead guilty, you might be elegible for probation. (I assume you mean Class D felony?) You might be able to get permission to leave, although that certainly is not likely.
