Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

Dui

I received a DUI for an accident in 2003 with a learners permit. I was in jail for 4 days and was ordered to complete a zero tolerance program which I did not take due to lack of funds. What do I need to do to get my permit back so that I can get a license in Illinois since I moved there with my Aunt and Uncle.

Need to pull driver's abstract, see what actually happened at the Secretary of State.

Check with Court. Chances are that there is a warrant out for your arrest.

Then see if you can get the case reinstated.
