Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My little boy

Even though we have court ordered visitation set, the father of my child continues to keep our child longer than he is supposed to. We don't have joint custody we both have equal rights to the child although I am the custodial parent. One of the main reasons he wants our child is to see what he can get out of it, he does not pay child support of any kind and over the school year has done next to nothing for him. I just want to put a stop to this once and for all.

Re: My little boy

You will have to begin filing a motion with the court each and every time that he retains your child longer than allowed in order to show the judge exactly what is going on.
