Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Divorce decree

My divorce settlement calls for me to receive a lump sum payment for property that was for sale at time of divorce. My ''x'' is in partnership with 3 other brothers. The decision was made to not sell and develop. He told me after the property had been transferred to a development company that he is part owner. He verbally told me he would provide monthly payments once they started making a profit. Do I have any recourse to get my money?

Re: Divorce decree

You can file a motion to enforce the original court order. This will probably be ill-recieved by your ex, but will at least get settlement negotiations started and at most make your ex actually fulfill the original obligation.
