Hello and thank you for choosing LawGuru.

I'm sorry this has happened but what you can do depends on the legal status of your divorce and situation. If there has been a custody or visitation order entered and signed by the judge then you are both bound by such order(s). If she is violating an order then you should file a motion requesting that she be held in contempt of that order. If the divorce is still pending and you have no agreement in place and she will not allow you reasonable visitation then you should file a motion for temporary custody or visitation (depending on what you desire). This will allow for a temporary custody and/or visitation order to be entered which will establish your rights regarding custody/visitation. If you need more help then simply direct a paid question to me OR submit another free question. I cannot guarantee your free question will be answered in a timely manner but all paid questions directed to me receive prompt and complete responses.

Thank you and I wish you all the best.
