Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have full custody of my daughter and I want to put my name on her birth certificate. But I also want her last name change to mine but the mother of my child willl fight it if we go to court do I have much of a chance of getting her last name change?

If by "full custody," you mean "sole legal custody" then you should be able to change your daughter's last name without dealing with the child's mother. If you share legal custody with the mother and she disagrees with a name change, then you will likely need to show the judge how a name change will be in the best interests of your daughter.
