Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Garnisheed and prosecuted and not the father.

DNA testing proves Iam not the father. For the last 8 years my income tax has been taken. In 1999 my wages were ganisheed and I was told Iwould be put in jail and would have my drivers liscence revoked. I have barely made it through the year with all the trouble that has been caused. Is there any way I can get my money back?

You might have a chance of getting your money back, but you are going to need to speak with an attorney in person to provide far more details than you have done here. Contact an attorney who does a lot of domestic relations work and go in to talk with him or her.
