Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My husband and I are seperated, not divorced. We agreed to him having visitation every other weekend. His boyfriend is in a court ordered halfway house after serving 7 months in jail for drugs and escape. He wants to take our son to visitation to see boyfriend. Our son is 12. Do I have to allow this or can I get a lawyer and stop it.

You can get a lawyer to try to stop it by claiming it is not in your child's best interest or that it would seriously endanger your child's emotional health. Depends on the judge and a consultation with an attorney in person would give you better information.
