Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

minor child has forbidden friend

My minor daughter (17 yrs old) has been forbidden from seeing or going to a specific friend's home or be in her presence. The friend's parents allow the friendship to continue and I recently found out that the parents have allowed my child into their home although my feelings have been clearly communicated directly to them. Are there legal actions that can be taken to further convince the parents to respect my decision to not allow my child in their home? I cannot be with my daughter every minute of the day and know she will attempt to see the friend without my knowledge, but the parents refuse to respect my wishes and encourage her to deceive me and my husband. I want the parents to be held accountable for their actions.

Re: minor child has forbidden friend

This is more appropriately a criminal law question and it would involved the charges of custodial interference. You can talk to your local county attorney's office regarding this as a possibility.
