Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My mother smokes and the baby daddy's mother is taking her to court so she can't see her does she have an case or is she just trying to scare me?

It depends on if either have court ordered custody and/or visitation rights. If so then it's certainly possible that there could be a modification of the custody and/or visitation if the Judge determines it would be in the best interest of the child. If she is smoking inside and/or around the child then you should certainly be concerned. If the other side has hired an attorney then you really need to retain your own attorney.
