Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

paramore

My livein boyfriend is going through a divorce for the past year and a half. He is representing himself and his wife has an attorney. The judge has ordered that I (the girlfriend) cannot have contact with the children because I am a paramore. He has to drive 30 miles both ways, every other day, to get the children and they cannot be at our house. Neither one of us have any kind of record other than maybe speeding tickets. We also have an established house with the kids their own room. Is this an actual law? If so I can't find it anywhere

Re: paramore

This is not supported by statute or case law and would very likely be overturned as unconstitutional if it were appealed. If there is any way you two can hire an attorney, you will be far better off.
