Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kentucky

If you are issued a bench warrant in one state can they come to another state and pick you up? The bench warrant was issued in Kentucky but I now reside in another state.

Can they? Yes. Will they? Probably not. But if you get tagged by a cop for speeding or anything, that warrant might pop up when they run your license, and they'll book you then. You should go talk to a criminal attorney in that state about getting the charge resolved.
