Legal Question

What would happen if I had a baby with my 18 year old boyfriend? He's been in jail for 6 months for charges that include "Unlawful Transaction with a Minor" and other charges related to that. There is a no contact order between us that is set until March , 2013. Part of his probation is to not see me so what would happen if we had a child?
