Re: Upgrading a discharge

Under the law, you must make your application for discharge upgrade within 15 years of discharge by filling out a DD Form 293 (Application for the Review of Discharge or Dismissal from the Armed Forces of the United States) and submitting it to the appropriate discharge review board. If your discharge is older than 15 years, you must apply for a change to your military records.

Your best chance for success is to use an attorney experienced with discharge upgrades. i can help you if you'd like.

Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss. Thank you and good luck.
