Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

Me and my wife have been separated and I went to c her Saturday. And three of her family jumped me jammed a pipe n my right eye and was kicking me untill my wife came outside then rest move then 1 was still hitting me .there was not epo or anything so wasn't tresspassing are there anything I can do
