I'm not sure how this question came to me since it is not an issue of securities (investment) fraud. Go and see a personal injury lawyer and bring a civil suit. The standard of proof is lower than in a criminal matter, and you don't have to wait for the state to take up your case. (This type of action is how they got OJ after the murder acquital.) The personal injury lawyer can tell you if enough evidence exists. Also, the rape may have occurred in the context of work or school, brining up the possibility of other contributory parties.
